The Presidential Decree (#91/2010) required for the official launch and operation of Deraya University in Egypt has been issued. Deraya's decree authorizes it to provide both undergraduate and graduate-level education to Egyptians and foreigners through multiple campuses across Egypt, and equates the University's academic degrees to those offered by Egyptian public universities. This Decree also serves to officially accredit academics at Deraya University by the Egyptian Supreme Council of Universities, the country's primary regulatory authority on higher education.
